We are dedicated to providing comprehensive and personalised support services to individuals with disabilities.

What We Can Do Together

Important details about the participant and the workplace’s safety will be included in this assistance plan.

Your support worker or team of support workers will be given access to the support plan. To ensure that the staff is ready to give you the best help possible, please be as specific as you can in the support plan.

This Plan will Consist of:

  • 3. Safety Assessment Personal

NOTE:

It is the participant's responsibility to ensure certain safety requirements

  1. Electrical appliances and power cords are in good working order.
  2. Power cords are attached to power boards and power sockets, and not double adapters
  3. The house is fitted with a safety switch
  4. Support workers will not be exposed to cigarette smoke in the home

Avocadocare will take reasonable efforts to work with the participant in selecting the preferred support worker
